Dance and singing are a huge part of my life!!

Ballet Tips...Pre-pointe is for dancers getting ready for pointe.  This class is the first step you take when preparing to go up on pointe. Dancers will do exercises to strengthen their feet and ankles. 

Demi-Pointe is for dancers who are about 6 months-to a year from pointe.  In this class they will use Demi pointe shoes to strengthen their feet for pointe shoes.
